I was born in Wales and lived here for many years until I moved to travel the world with my family over eight years ago. I lived in Chile and Singapore for some years.

Throughout my travels and experiences, my relationship with myself deepened through meditation.

I have been guided by many beautiful mentors but have found my community through the work of Gaitana Yantal. They bring forward the teachings of the Ascended Masters and these teachings have transformed my life. I now share these teachings through their community as a Life Mentor.

All my services are an open door to the light teachings of the Ascended Masters who have already walked this path on Earth and attained their ascension.
